| Michael R. Kogan co-founded TM Consulting Group, Inc. in 2012 after more then 8 years in the financial services industry. Michael was formerly affiliated with prominent financial services firms such as Comprehensive Wealth Strategies as Managing Partner, New York Life as a Financial Services Representative, and at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Adviser. In each position he has continued to work extensively with wealthy business owners and individuals, advising them on wealth accumulation and preservation, cash flow management, and business planning.
